Meet Dr Wenyu Wendy Liu
Dr. Wenyu (Wendy) Liu is a qualified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and an accredited member of the Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Society of Australia (CMASA).
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chinese Medicine) with Distinction from RMIT University in Melbourne. During her time at RMIT, she completed clinical internships at the RMIT Health Clinic and Evergreen Chinese Medical Centre. Her academic excellence was recognised with multiple High Achiever Student Prizes and several RMIT Chinese Medicine Clinicians Awards.
Wendy began her acupuncture journey in China, where she studied under renowned acupuncturist Yang Zhen Hai and learned the specialised technique of Huang Di Nei Zhen. Since graduating from RMIT, she has continued to expand her expertise through ongoing professional development, external internships, and mentorships, ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of care.
Wendy believes in the power of holistic healing. She integrates traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, herbal therapy, and lifestyle guidance to create personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual. Her goal is to support her patients in restoring balance, enhancing wellness, and maintaining long-term health.
